SaathiCam Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By using SaathiCam you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. SaathiCam is provided by [Company legal name, address] ("we", "us").
2. Who can use SaathiCam
You must be 18 or older. If you use a company account, your company's rules also apply.
3. Safety first
- Set up the app (camera, Record) before you start moving.
- Never use your phone while driving or riding. Mount it safely so it doesn't block your view.
- SaathiCam is a recording aid. It does not prevent accidents and is not an emergency service.
4. Your videos
- Your videos belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and show them to you (and to people you share them with) only to provide SaathiCam.
- We do not promise that every moment is recorded or uploaded: phones run out of space, battery or network, overheat, or stop the camera. Check important clips yourself.
- Cloud videos are deleted after your plan's time (Free 3 days, Plus/Pro 7 days) unless you Save them. Saved clips stay until you delete them.
5. Fair use
You agree not to use SaathiCam to:
- follow, harass, threaten or embarrass anyone, or record where people expect privacy;
- record sound of others without telling them where the law requires it;
- break any law, or upload anything that is not your own recording;
- attack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or use someone else's account.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Crash reports. To find and fix problems, the app sends us short crash and error reports (no videos, location or email — see the Privacy Policy). Please don't send fake reports or try to flood this; we limit how many each phone can send.
6. Plans and payment
SaathiCam has a Free plan. Paid plans (Plus ₹99/month, Pro ₹199/month, business plans) give more cloud days and space. Prices include [GST details]. Payment, renewal and refund rules will be shown before you pay. [Payment method to be decided.]
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all your cloud videos any time in Settings → "Delete my account and all videos". This can't be undone. We may close accounts unused for [12] months after warning you.
8. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep SaathiCam running and your videos safe, but the service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for footage that was not recorded or uploaded. Our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (or ₹[1,000] for free users). Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will show important changes in the app before they apply.
10. Law and disputes
Indian law applies. Courts in [city, e.g. Indore, Madhya Pradesh] have jurisdiction. Please contact us first: most problems can be solved quickly.

SaathiCam इस्तेमाल के नियम
1. सहमति
SaathiCam इस्तेमाल करके आप इन नियमों और हमारी प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी से सहमत होते हैं। SaathiCam [कंपनी का कानूनी नाम, पता] ("हम") देते हैं।
2. कौन इस्तेमाल कर सकता है
आपकी उम्र 18 साल या ज़्यादा होनी चाहिए। कंपनी अकाउंट हो तो आपकी कंपनी के नियम भी लागू होंगे।
3. सुरक्षा सबसे पहले
- निकलने से पहले ऐप सेट कर लें (कैमरा, रिकॉर्ड)।
- गाड़ी चलाते समय फ़ोन का इस्तेमाल कभी न करें। फ़ोन ऐसे लगाएँ कि रास्ता न रुके।
- SaathiCam रिकॉर्डिंग में मदद करता है। यह हादसे नहीं रोकता और इमरजेंसी सेवा नहीं है।
4. आपके वीडियो
- आपके वीडियो आपके हैं। आप हमें इन्हें रखने, प्रोसेस करने और आपको (और जिन्हें आप शेयर करें) दिखाने की इजाज़त देते हैं — सिर्फ़ SaathiCam सेवा देने के लिए।
- हम वादा नहीं करते कि हर पल रिकॉर्ड या अपलोड होगा: फ़ोन की जगह, बैटरी या नेटवर्क ख़त्म हो सकता है, फ़ोन गरम हो सकता है या कैमरा रुक सकता है। ज़रूरी क्लिप खुद देख लें।
- क्लाउड के वीडियो आपके प्लान के समय (फ़्री 3 दिन, Plus/Pro 7 दिन) के बाद डिलीट हो जाते हैं, अगर आपने सेव नहीं किए। सेव किए हुए क्लिप तब तक रहते हैं जब तक आप डिलीट न करें।
5. सही इस्तेमाल
आप SaathiCam का इस्तेमाल इन कामों के लिए नहीं करेंगे:
- किसी का पीछा करना, परेशान करना, धमकाना या बदनाम करना, या ऐसी जगह रिकॉर्ड करना जहाँ लोग प्राइवेसी की उम्मीद करते हैं;
- जहाँ कानून ज़रूरी करे, वहाँ बिना बताए दूसरों की आवाज़ रिकॉर्ड करना;
- कोई कानून तोड़ना, या अपनी रिकॉर्डिंग के अलावा कुछ और अपलोड करना;
- सेवा पर हमला करना, उसे ओवरलोड करना, कॉपी करना, या किसी और का अकाउंट इस्तेमाल करना।
नियम तोड़ने वाले अकाउंट हम रोक सकते हैं।
क्रैश रिपोर्ट। गड़बड़ियाँ ढूँढकर ठीक करने के लिए ऐप हमें छोटी क्रैश और गड़बड़ी की रिपोर्ट भेजता है (इसमें वीडियो, लोकेशन या ईमेल नहीं होता — Privacy Policy देखें)। कृपया नकली रिपोर्ट न भेजें और इसे भरने (flood करने) की कोशिश न करें; हर फ़ोन कितनी रिपोर्ट भेज सकता है, इसकी सीमा है।
6. प्लान और पेमेंट
SaathiCam में फ़्री प्लान है। पेड प्लान (Plus ₹99/महीना, Pro ₹199/महीना, बिज़नेस प्लान) में क्लाउड में ज़्यादा दिन और जगह मिलती है। कीमतों में [GST की जानकारी]। पेमेंट, रिन्यूअल और रिफ़ंड के नियम पेमेंट से पहले दिखाए जाएँगे। [पेमेंट का तरीका अभी तय होना है।]
7. अकाउंट डिलीट करना
आप कभी भी सेटिंग → "मेरा अकाउंट और सारे वीडियो डिलीट करें" से अकाउंट और क्लाउड के सारे वीडियो डिलीट कर सकते हैं। यह वापस नहीं हो सकता। [12] महीने तक इस्तेमाल न हुए अकाउंट हम पहले बताकर बंद कर सकते हैं।
8. हमारी ज़िम्मेदारी
हम SaathiCam को चालू और आपके वीडियो सुरक्षित रखने की पूरी कोशिश करते हैं, लेकिन सेवा "जैसी है वैसी" दी जाती है। कानून जितनी इजाज़त दे, उस हद तक हम अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान या रिकॉर्ड/अपलोड न हुए वीडियो के ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं। हमारी कुल ज़िम्मेदारी पिछले 12 महीनों में आपके दिए पैसे तक (या फ़्री यूज़र के लिए ₹[1,000]) है। भारतीय उपभोक्ता कानून के आपके अधिकार इससे कम नहीं होते।
9. बदलाव
हम ये नियम बदल सकते हैं। ज़रूरी बदलाव लागू होने से पहले ऐप में दिखाएँगे।
10. कानून और विवाद
भारतीय कानून लागू होगा। [शहर, जैसे इंदौर, मध्य प्रदेश] की अदालतों का अधिकार क्षेत्र होगा। पहले हमसे बात करें: ज़्यादातर दिक्कतें जल्दी सुलझ जाती हैं।
